L’Osteria Düsseldorf Airport
L’Osteria design under strict safety conditions.
When building the first airport L’Osteria, the design had to be in harmony with the special dynamics of the location.
Düsseldorf– With over 24 million travellers annually, Düsseldorf Airport is the largest airport in North Rhine-Westphalia and the third largest airport in Germany. A place that is bustling 365 days a year. Dealing with this dynamic was one of the challenges in planning the first airport L’Osteria.
SODA GROUP has succeeded in implementing the popular gastronomy concept and its typical design despite the special location conditions and particularly strict fire protection specifications, without having to compromise on ambience: As in other L’Osteria restaurants, the open kitchen and a free-standing bar form the centrepiece, with seating grouped around these areas. L’Osteria may be smaller than usual on the whole, but with its warm tones and high-quality materials it offers an oasis of calm in the midst of the airport hustle and bustle.
