NEWMORROW – New Think Tank Addresses Core Challenges of the Industry
Under the patronage of dfv, the first Think Tank by our conjoint NEWMORROW initiative has taken place. With resounding success, founders and decision-makers from 11 European countries met for a multi-day work retreat in the secluded Peloponnese region of Greece.
NEWMORROW is more than just an event. It is an initiative that addresses the most pressing questions of our industry. In a time of growing uncertainty, entrepreneurs and executives from eleven European countries found a protected space in the secluded Peloponnese to reflect together, share insights, and shape concrete paths into the future.
Under the patronage of the dfv Media Group, a unique multi-day working retreat was created: no lectures, no conference chairs — instead, an intense and interactive dialogue among like-minded peers. The participants — all decision-makers with entrepreneurial responsibility — were at the center. Their experiences, their questions, their ideas shaped the flow. Experts like Jochen Pinsker, Katrin Wißmann, Dr. Andy Zynga and Prof. Dr. Marc Sasserath contributed additional impulses, all embedded in a consciously decelerated setting.
In preparation, all participants were accompanied by the gastronomy expert and psychologist Nikki Lukas through in-depth interviews. Her findings flowed into the program design — ensuring maximum relevance and resonance.
A vital dimension of the Think Tank came from coach Eli Buren, whose calm and focused guidance helped participants reconnect with themselves and each other — laying the foundation for a culture of direct, meaningful exchange. For the creators and organizers of the Think Tank, this was a clear confirmation that future events should be planned and staffed in the same unique way.
The response? Overwhelming. Openness, mutual encouragement, and a shared understanding of the market as a collective space of creation characterized the atmosphere. The goal: a more resilient industry, founded on shared values, connected knowledge, and true collaboration.
NEWMORROW Think Tank was made possible by partners such as Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Germany, Global Food, S. Pellegrino & Acqua Panna — and this is just the beginning. The next Think Tank is already in planning. If you’d like to join or learn more, get in touch with us directly at:
