For Tim Mälze’s restaurant at the airport, SODA GROUP took care of the project management and accompanied the complete implementation of the construction.


Düsseldorf– Get to know the culinary diversity of German cuisine shortly before departure: that’s what travellers can do at the Hausmann’s restaurant at Düsseldorf Airport.
For the 400 square meter bistro-brasserie of Tim Mälzer and his partner Patrick Rüther, SODA GROUP took over, among other things, the implementation planning, the awarding procedure and the construction management – including all challenges that a construction in the security area of the airport entails.
