Deutzer Brauhaus

Honest, simple and beautifully convivial: the Deutzer Brauhaus.

SODA GROUP created the interior design for the Deutzer Brauhaus and accompanied the implementation of the project.

Cologne – The bright, spacious rooms in which the Deutzer Brauhaus can accommodate up to 400 people are located in the west wing of the Cologne/Deutz trade fair station.

On two floors, the historic house offers hospitality in a spacious hall, familiar areas on the upper floor and on a beautiful terrace, which with space for 300 guests creates a beer garden atmosphere on the Rhine.

The interior is dominated by natural light and flat evenness. Exposed brick substance, white fine plaster walls, extensive wooden floors – unpolished old and immaculately renewed find together successfully. White walls, dark grey bar counters, black steel structures and the natural tone of the wooden tables create a cosy atmosphere on a large scale. Art Deco lamps, wall clocks and suitcase shelves quote waiting room aesthetics.

By the way, the local brewery culture is consistently celebrated here with Kölsch. The culinary foundation is laid with hearty traditional cuisine that places a lot of emphasis on regional products and happy eaters.
