Munich-Riem – With the move to the former airport site in Munich-Riem, a special type of company catering was created at the headquarters of the successful company Brainlab, which operates in the healthcare sector. Under the direction of master chef Stefan Köglmeier (Ess- Frequenz GmbH), the employee catering (up to 1000 meals) was reinvented in large parts. The concept is characterised by radical freshness – there is no fixed menu and no trays. Instead, employees are encouraged to look, smell, taste. So front cooking is a given.
In close cooperation with Stefan Köglmeier and team, SODA GROUP has taken over the planning of the catering and kitchen technology of the staff restaurant, the coffee bar in the main building as well as the day bar and the event area in the “Tower”.
