25hours hotels from 2021 in Copenhagen

With the opening of the first hotels in Copenhagen in 2021 (Old Town) and 2024 (Christiansholm), the design hotel chain is now expanding to Denmark. SODA GROUP has been working successfully with 25hours for many years and has already been entrusted, for example, with the kitchen planning and implementation in the Bikini Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Zurich and Florence. True to the motto “If you know one, you know none.” we are now looking forward to a new exciting collaboration in Scandinavia.

For its first property in the Old Town, a venerable university building, the hotel chain is bringing three established concepts to Denmark: a NENI restaurant, the Boilerman Bar and, for the first time at 25h, a bakery café by Melissa Forti. Our task is to integrate the back-of-house areas in terms of planning.
